How It Works
We offer two package levels: gold and silver. Each log cabin package includes a list of standard materials, including blueprints, framing materials, precut and numbered pine logs, windows, doors, Platinum Energy Package, and more. Here’s a snapshot of our process:
Step 1: Selection
Our team will work closely with you to choose the right log cabin model for your lifestyle. We offer more than 200 customizable log home model designs.
Step 2: Project Management
Our customer service specialists will assist you through the entire process and work with your general contractor to ensure key milestones are met.
Step 3: Design
We will provide multiple levels of blueprints, starting with the preliminary ones that you’ll need for quotes from other contractors and for planning the entire project.
Step 4: Delivery
We will schedule delivery of your log home kit, in coordination with your general contractor. We have established strong relationships with freight carriers, ensuring timely delivery at competitive rates.
Step 5: Construction
Our installation crews are experts at installing the log home shell and handling any tricky building challenges that may arise during the process. We will work with you and your general contractor to coordinate timing.
Note that we do not build your entire home. The service we provide is similar to a framing contractor. Our contractors will work with your builder or general contractor to ensure that the work is completed as expected and fits within the overall construction schedule for your log home.
